The initial term of the franchise is ten years. The franchise can be renewed at 5-year increments following the commencement of the initial ten-year term.

The royalty fees are 7% of gross sales.

What are the advertising and marketing contributions?

The marketing allocation can be up to 2% of gross sales, but currently are not collected. The local marketing commitment is equal to the greater of $500 or 2% of your monthly gross revenue. Yes, each franchise location is located in an exclusive territory that consists of a ten minute drive time and or a 3-mile radius.
