Amazing! Easy to work with. They really understand your needs and don’t try to upsell you on stuff that you don’t need. They just explain the benefits of everything they offer and let you decide!

Two things change with age that matter here. The sense of thirst gets weaker, and the kidneys get less efficient at conserving water. Together they mean older adults become dehydrated more easily and are less likely to notice it. That is worth taking seriously. A National Institutes of Health study that followed adults over 25 years found that people whose blood sodium sat at the higher end of the normal range, a marker of being persistently under-hydrated, were more likely to develop chronic conditions and showed signs of aging faster. It is an observational finding, so it shows an association rather than proof that drinking more slows aging, but it points the same way as everything else we know about hydration. IV hydration corrects a fluid deficit quickly and completely. That is what it does. It is not an anti-aging treatment, and we are not going to describe it as one.
We have something for everyone! For optimal results and significant savings, consider our Targeted IV Solutions*, which have been designed with most wellness goals in mind. Not sure which Solution is right for you? A Vida-Flo Registered Nurse is here to help. They will assist you in selecting the perfect solution upon your arrival.

Dehydration makes several age-related problems worse, and correcting it helps with those. Here is where that is true, and where the usual marketing runs past the evidence. The NIH summary of the research is here.
Skin that is short of fluid looks dull and drawn, and fine lines read more sharply. Correcting a fluid deficit changes that. It does not change skin structure and it does not remove a wrinkle.
Water carries nutrients and waste around the body, and every cell depends on it. Correcting dehydration restores normal fluid balance. Claims that a drip improves cellular function or slows aging go well beyond what anyone has shown.
Dehydration can make joints feel stiffer, and correcting it helps with that feeling. It does not treat osteoarthritis and it does not prevent joint damage. Persistent joint pain needs a doctor.
Dehydration measurably reduces attention and working memory in healthy adults, and correcting it reverses that. It does not protect against cognitive decline or dementia, and we will not suggest that it does.
Your kidneys do the clearing, and they need adequate fluid to do it. That is the real version of detox. There is no toxin a drip removes that a well-hydrated body does not clear on its own.
Adequate fluid maintains blood volume, which is part of normal circulation. It does not reduce the risk of blood clots and it is not a cardiovascular treatment. Blood pressure and heart health belong with your physician.
At Vida-Flo, our 1000 mL IV Fluids treatment includes a sterile hydration solution and essential electrolytes. Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants can be added to it.
Your Registered Nurse will talk through what is worth adding for you, and will be straight about which additions have evidence behind them and which are simply popular.
Here is the honest split between what hydration does for how you look and feel, and what gets claimed for it.
Hydration affects appearance in one specific way, and it is worth being precise about it.
Correcting dehydration does make you feel better, and here is the accurate version of why.
Where dehydration is making things worse, correcting it is worth doing. That is the whole claim.

Thirst gets less reliable with age and the kidneys get less efficient at holding water, which is a genuine reason older adults end up short of fluid without realizing it. Correcting that is worth doing, and an IV does it quickly and completely. What we are not going to claim is that IV hydration slows aging, reverses wrinkles, protects your brain or detoxifies you. The research linking hydration and healthy aging is observational, it is about long-term hydration rather than infusions, and nobody has shown that a course of drips changes how you age. If staying on top of fluid intake is hard for you, that is something we can help with. If you have joint pain, memory changes or blood pressure concerns, those need a physician rather than a drip, and we will say so. Vida-Flo has been doing IV hydration since 2012, with over 1,000,000 treatments delivered, and every treatment is given by a Registered Nurse under the protocols of our licensed physician medical directors.
Whether you're hitting the football field, basketball court, tennis court, running a marathon, cycling, or even participating in eSports, top athletes understand the vital role hydration plays in performance. However, drinking fluids may not always meet the demands of these intense activities.
Choosing a reliable IV hydration provider is essential. Vida-Flo, the first IV hydration clinic in the USA with over a decade of experience, sets the industry standard. Look for a clinic that conducts comprehensive pre-treatment assessments, employs registered nurses, and is overseen by a medical director to ensure safety and effectiveness.

IV therapy works by using an intravenous (IV) fluid drip to deliver saline solution through a small catheter and tubing directly into the bloodstream. This saline solution may also include medications and vitamin supplements tailored to the individual patient.
During your therapy session, a medical professional will insert an IV line attached to a bag of saline solution. This bag is hung above the patient's head, using gravity to regulate the flow of fluids into the bloodstream. Compared to a syringe or other forced technique, gravity allows for a gradual introduction of fluids.
While the time frame of a single treatment varies from person to person, a session typically lasts 30 – 45 minutes. There are exceptions to this timeframe, such as with our NAD IV treatments, which generally take 1 to 2 hours per session.
IV drip therapy is highly effective in delivering nutrients, vitamins, and fluids directly to your bloodstream. Unlike oral supplements, this method bypasses the digestive system, allowing your body to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients without any loss during digestion. As a result, vitamins and nutrients are made immediately available to your cells, accelerating the benefits.
At Vida-Flo, we offer a variety of specialized IV blends designed to meet specific health goals. We also provide the option of custom-blended IV treatments to target your individual needs.
The duration of hydration therapy's benefits can vary depending on individual health factors and lifestyle choices. Some of our treatments, such as medications, provide immediate (but shorter-term) results. Our vitamin solutions are processed over a longer period, offering longer-lasting benefits.
Maintaining a regular schedule of treatments can help extend these benefits, supporting sustained hydration and improved health over time.
