George has been my tech the last few times I’ve come in and is an absolute angel every time! Always a quick and easy process and helps me custom mix my bags for any occasion. And Mohammed at the front desk manages check in/check out like a breeze! They make it such a frictionless process. By far my favorite location!

My husband and I had a great experience at Vita-flo. George was very knowledgeable and patient, especially since it was our first time. The staff was welcoming and kind, and the facility was very clean. We'll definitely be back! I left feeling energetic and completely satisfied with my treatment.

I love Vida Flo Decatur. Lauren at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. George takes great care of me whether it’s an IV or injectable. Always quick and painless. I have experienced wonderful results from Myers Cocktail IV as well as MIC B12 injection. Everything is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this business!

This is my first time coming to Vida-Flo or just getting an IV service done in general and i really appreciate how kind and gentle the staff is. Not only was I super nervous but i have been having a bad bout of food poisoning that has really disrupted my week and ability to care for my young daughter. Mohammed checked me in because i was overwhelmed with the options and didn’t know what i needed and he assured me the nurse on staff could help me find the best mix of hydration and add one to help me feel better. George came in, very calm and welcoming and suggested i try a few things to help my current condition and state, he was incredibly gentle putting in my IV ( which i am terrified of) and even offered me a little heating pad to keep me warm while receiving my fluids. 10/10 customer service. I will be recommending this place anytime someone says something about wanting an IV for sure.

I don't like needles and I told the young man George; he only had one chance and that I was a hard stick. George went to work.. He warmed my arm, elevated on a pillow, carefully looked all over to find the right spot. He was professional, polite, courteous, just an good all around person. And don't let me forget...
