What is included in Build Your Own?
Each included treatment combines 1000 mL IV Fluids with 2 Essential Boosts. Choose 1, 2 or 3 treatments per month at $109, $179 or $229 a month. The same bag without a membership is $157. Additional boosts are 50% off.
Can I pay in full?
Yes. Build Your Own can be paid six months in advance: $479 for 1 treatment a month, $839 for 2 and $1,139 for 3. Targeted Solutions and Injection Memberships are billed monthly.
When will I be charged?
Billing begins when you enroll. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month as your original signup date. Paid-in-full plans are charged at enrollment and renew in full after six months.
When do unused credits expire?
Credits remain active for 90 days from issuance. They are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Can I visit another Vida-Flo lounge?
Yes. Your benefits and available credits can be redeemed at any Vida-Flo lounge.
How do I cancel?
Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Six-month paid-in-full plans renew automatically when the six months end. You can cancel the renewal at any time during the six months. Paid-in-full plans cannot be canceled for a refund, because the discounted price is based on the full six-month commitment. Contact your home lounge for help.
Which injections are included in the Injection Membership?
The $109 monthly membership includes 4 injection visits a month: Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B7 (Biotin), Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium or Zinc. NAD+ injections are not included and are sold as single doses or prepaid packs.
