Shaky Knees runs 18 to 20 September 2026 in Piedmont Park. We work it, and we come to you before, during and after.

  • Three days, roughly forty thousand people a day, in a park with very little shade. Most people who call us after Shaky Knees are not ill. They are just badly dehydrated, and it has caught up with them.
  • A registered nurse comes to your hotel room, apartment, condo or rental, usually within 90 minutes. You do not have to get yourself across Midtown to a clinic.
  • The festival moved to Piedmont Park in 2025 and stayed. That puts it in the middle of Midtown, minutes from our Buckhead clinic and a short run from Decatur.

Why a festival weekend does this to people

It is rarely one thing. It is four at once.

  • Heat. September in Atlanta is still summer, and a full day in an open park with no shade pulls fluid out of you faster than you replace it.
  • Standing all day. Ten hours on your feet in a crowd is a physical event whether or not you think of it that way.
  • Alcohol, which is a diuretic. It pulls fluid and electrolytes out faster than you can drink them back.
  • Not eating properly, because festival food queues are long and you would rather keep your spot.
  • By day three most people are running a deficit they cannot fix with a bottle of water, because water has to go through the digestive system that is already struggling. An IV goes straight to your circulation.

What On-The-Go Costs, How Far We Travel, and How Soon We Can Be There

  • On-The-Go starts at $250, which includes the ReVidalizer. Boosts are extra. A 15 percent gratuity applies.
  • We accept HSA and FSA.
  • Our service window is 90 minutes, within a 25 mile radius of your nearest Vida-Flo clinic. Beyond 25 miles a travel fee of $25 to $35 applies.
  • On-call hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A call that comes in before 4:30 PM can still be dispatched the same day.
  • Parties of six or more need 24 hours notice so we can staff the visit properly.
  • Every visit is performed by a registered nurse working under the supervision and protocols of Vida-Flo licensed physician medical directors.
  • On-The-Go is backed by the Vida-Flo clinic network, not a standalone mobile service. We have been doing IV hydration since 2012.

What people ask before they book a festival weekend.

  • Can you come during the festival, not just after? Yes, and a lot of people book the morning of day two or three rather than waiting until it is over. Getting ahead of it works better than catching up.
  • How fast can you get to me? Our service window is 90 minutes. Midtown is minutes from our Buckhead clinic, so in practice it is often faster.
  • Can you do my whole group? Yes, and festival weekends are when we get the most group bookings. Six or more needs 24 hours notice so we can staff it properly, so call before the weekend rather than during it.
  • Book early or on the day? Book early. Festival weekends are our busiest and the slots go. A call before 4:30 PM can still be dispatched the same day, but that gets harder as the weekend goes on.
  • Do you come into the park? No. We come to where you are staying, before you go in or after you come out. On-site medical inside the gates is the festival own operation.
  • Can you come to a hotel room? Yes. Your room is your space and the visit is between you and your nurse. Our nurse arrives in plain clothes with a single bag.
  • What does it cost? On-The-Go starts at $250, which includes the ReVidalizer. Boosts are extra and a 15 percent gratuity applies. We accept HSA and FSA.
  • Is this just for hangovers? No. Plain heat dehydration is the most common thing we treat on a festival weekend, and plenty of the people who call us were not drinking at all.
