Mobile IV Therapy in Downtown Atlanta
A registered nurse brings IV hydration to your door in Downtown Atlanta, usually within 90 minutes.
- You do not have to leave your room. We come to hotels around Peachtree Center and Centennial Olympic Park, condos in Castleberry Hill and South Downtown, offices in the towers along Peachtree Street, and student housing near Georgia State.
- If you would rather come to us, our Buckhead clinic is a straight run up Peachtree and our Decatur clinic is a short drive east. Same drips, same nurses.
- Downtown is built for events, not for errands. When the streets are closed for a game or a convention, having the treatment come to you is the difference between getting your day back and writing it off.
Where we come to
Downtown and the blocks around it.
- The hotel district around Peachtree Center, Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia World Congress Center.
- Castleberry Hill, South Downtown, the Fairlie-Poplar district and the buildings along Marietta Street.
- Georgia State campus housing and the apartments around Woodruff Park and Edgewood Avenue.
- Offices in the Peachtree Street and Marietta Street towers, plus meeting rooms inside the convention hotels.
- The blocks around Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, including Vine City and English Avenue.
- Short-term rentals and Airbnbs anywhere in the 30303, 30308, 30313 and 30312 ZIP codes.
Why Downtown books us
The reasons people in this part of the city actually call.
- Convention weeks at the Georgia World Congress Center. We work GWCC events and trade shows, so we know how those weeks run.
- Falcons games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the SEC Championship Game in December. We staff these, and the calls come the morning after.
- Jet lag. Visitors land at Hartsfield-Jackson dehydrated after a long flight and go straight into a full schedule.
- Dragon Con weekend, which we work. Downtown fills up, nobody sleeps much, and the calls start early.
- Getting more out of training, including visitors trying to keep a routine going out of a hotel gym.
- Plain dehydration in an Atlanta summer, which is the single most common thing we treat.
- The morning after a concert at State Farm Arena.
- Wedding parties staying downtown, both the morning of and the morning after.
- Anyone who has been sick and cannot keep fluids down, which is the least glamorous reason and one of the most common.
We work Atlanta events
This is not a claim we invented for a web page. Our teams staff these events, and we have customers from every one of them. Here is how On-The-Go works on an event weekend.
- Spring. The Atlanta Dogwood Festival and the Atlanta Jazz Festival in Piedmont Park, the Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes, SweetWater 420 Fest at Westside Park, and the Atlanta Film Festival.
- Summer. Virginia-Highland Summerfest in June, the Peachtree Road Race on the Fourth of July, and the Atlanta Ice Cream and Wellness Festival in Piedmont Park in July.
- Fall. Dragon Con downtown over Labor Day weekend, Shaky Knees in Piedmont Park in September, the Atlanta Pride Festival and Parade in October, the Little Five Points Halloween Festival and Parade, and Chomp and Stomp in Cabbagetown in November.
- Winter. The SEC Championship Game in December, the Cricket Celebration Bowl and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at New Year.
- Year round. Atlanta Braves games at Truist Park, Atlanta Falcons games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center events and trade shows, EchoPark Speedway in Hampton, and Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta in Braselton.
- Football season. Atlanta runs on it from September to New Year’s Day. See how On-The-Go works on a game day, including Georgia vs Florida on 31 October and Georgia Tech home games at Bobby Dodd.

Common questions in Downtown Atlanta
What people ask before they book.
- How fast can you actually get here? Our service window is 90 minutes. Downtown is close to our Buckhead and Decatur clinics, so in practice it is often faster.
- Do I need to clear it with my hotel? No. Your room is your space. Our nurse arrives in plain clothes with a single bag and checks in with you, not the front desk.
- Can you get into a secured building? Yes. Most downtown towers and condo buildings need a resident or host to authorise a visitor, so let your front desk or concierge know we are coming.
- What about parking and street closures? That is our problem, not yours. Our nurse plans around event closures.
- Can you treat a group? Yes. Six or more needs 24 hours notice so we can staff it properly.
- Do you take insurance? We do not bill insurance, but we accept HSA and FSA.
- Do you offer NAD? Yes. NAD is one of our boosts and it is one of the most common things Atlanta customers ask us about. Your nurse will talk through whether it makes sense for you. We explain what it does on our NAD+ IV therapy page.
- Can it help with jet lag? It is one of the most common reasons people call us. Air travel is dehydrating, and an IV replaces fluid and electrolytes directly rather than waiting on your digestive system, which is why people book it the day they land instead of losing two days to it.
- Can I book around training? Yes, and plenty of people do, either before a hard block or after one. Tell your nurse what you are training for and they will talk through which boosts make sense.
