IV Therapy for Chomp and Stomp

Chomp and Stomp is Saturday 7 November 2026, 11am to 7pm, in Cabbagetown Park and the streets around it. We work it, and we come to you either side of it.

  • Cabbagetown’s biggest day of the year. Seventy plus individual chili entries, twenty restaurants, three stages of bluegrass, and the Romp and Stomp 5K first thing in the morning.
  • A registered nurse comes to your house, apartment or loft, usually within 90 minutes. Our Decatur clinic is a short run out Memorial, so this is close to home for us.
  • It is one long day rather than a weekend, which changes the pattern. Most of our Chomp and Stomp calls come that evening or the next morning.

Why one long day still does it

A single day festival catches people differently to a weekend.

  • The Romp and Stomp 5K starts the day with a race, which is a real fluid loss before anyone has eaten.
  • Eight hours on your feet on narrow streets, mostly standing.
  • Chili and beer is a combination that does very little for hydration, and the beer is a diuretic on top.
  • November in Atlanta is unpredictable. A mild day in the sun still dehydrates people who dressed for cold.
  • Because it is one day rather than three, people do not pace it. That is why the calls cluster that evening and the next morning rather than building slowly.

Pricing and Service Details

What On-The-Go Costs, How Far We Travel, and How Soon We Can Be There

  • On-The-Go starts at $250, which includes the ReVidalizer. Boosts are extra. A 15 percent gratuity applies.
  • We accept HSA and FSA.
  • Our service window is 90 minutes, within a 25 mile radius of your nearest Vida-Flo clinic. Beyond 25 miles a travel fee of $25 to $35 applies.
  • On-call hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A call that comes in before 4:30 PM can still be dispatched the same day.
  • Parties of six or more need 24 hours notice so we can staff the visit properly.
  • Every visit is performed by a registered nurse working under the supervision and protocols of Vida-Flo licensed physician medical directors.
  • On-The-Go is backed by the Vida-Flo clinic network, not a standalone mobile service. We have been doing IV hydration since 2012.

What people ask before they book.

  • Can you come the same evening? Yes, if you call in time. On-call hours run 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and a call before 4:30 PM can still be dispatched the same day. After that we will get you first thing Sunday.
  • How fast can you get to me? Our service window is 90 minutes. Cabbagetown is a short run from our Decatur clinic, so in practice it is often faster.
  • Can you do a group? Yes, and Chomp and Stomp house parties are a common group booking. Six or more needs 24 hours notice so we can staff it properly, so call in the week rather than on the day.
  • I am running the Romp and Stomp 5K. Can I book around it? Yes. Tell your nurse you are racing that morning and they will talk through timing and which boosts make sense.
  • Can you come to a loft or a house? Yes, and most of what we do here is in living rooms and on porches. All the nurse needs is somewhere you can sit or lie down comfortably.
  • What about the street closures? That is our problem, not yours. Our nurses plan around the closures around Cabbagetown Park.
  • Is this only for hangovers? No. Plain dehydration is the most common thing we treat on a festival day, and plenty of the people who call us were not drinking at all.
