Neal Dakmak is the Head Coach and Owner of Dakmak Performance Fitness and has been coaching his clients towards successfully achieving their goals since 2007. He has experience training people from all different walks of life including: clients seeking to transform their bodies through fat loss and muscle gain, athletes seeking to improve performance in their specific sport, and those seeking to maximize their strength potential for sports and life.
Coach Dakmak became interested in fitness and strength training as a means of weight-loss and sports performance during high school and was able to transform himself from a young overweight football player at Catholic High into a strong, lean, fit power-athlete in the span of an 11 year journey.
Today, Coach Dakmak uses the lessons that he has learned from his own personal transformation and fitness journey to ensure his clientele achieve success in their own fitness journeys. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Human Performance from Southeastern Louisiana University and has gone out of his way to learn and intern under some of the top experts in fitness and sports performance. Some of these mentors include:
- Gayle Hatch (Olympic Weightlifting)
- Gary Frank (Powerlifting)
- Nick Tuminello (Fat-loss)
- Dan Green (Powerlifting)
- Brandon Lily (Powerlifting)
- Tommy Byers (LSU Sports Performance)
