The Neighborhood
Vida-Flo 5th + Broadway is inside Fifth + Broadway, at the corner of Broadway and Rep. John Lewis Way (formerly Fifth Avenue), directly across from Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman Auditorium. It is the closest IV hydration lounge to Lower Broadway’s honky-tonks, so Music City weekends, bachelorette parties and conference trips all end up here.
Fifth + Broadway was built on the 6.2-acre site of the old Nashville Convention Center and opened in 2021. The development is anchored by the National Museum of African American Music, which tells the story of more than 50 genres, and by Assembly Food Hall and a rooftop terrace that looks out over the Ryman and Broadway. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is a short walk away.
On game nights the Predators play right across the street at Bridgestone Arena, and the Titans are just over the Cumberland River. Between hockey, football, CMA Fest in June, New Year’s Eve on Broadway and a steady run of concerts at the Ryman, few blocks in America see more late nights. We are here for the morning after, and for the afternoon before.
